Instructions for use
1. Place the circuit board that has completed the welding process onto the adjusted foot cutting machine, and insert it into the guide rail along the inlet of the guide rail
2. Push the board feeding handle and push the substrate forward at a constant speed
3. Repeat step 1.2 to cut the already welded substrate
Note: The substrate should not travel too fast during the process, as traveling too fast can directly affect the service life of the blade and even endanger life safety
Adjustment instructions
1. Open the packaging and carefully read the instructions, and check the attachments
2. Check if there are any abnormalities in the body. If there are any abnormalities, please contact your local agent as soon as possible
3. Only after confirming that the grounding of the machine casing is good can the power be plugged in
4. First, adjust the bi-directional guide rail stroke to the maximum, use an 8 # hex wrench to unscrew the cover screw counterclockwise (the cover screw is a positive screw), take out the blade cover, and use a soft and clean cloth to wipe the blade holder, blade, cover, and inside and outside of the blade. Then gently place the blade on the blade holder (with the flat surface facing upwards) and place the blade cover on the blade. Use an 8 # hex wrench to tighten the cover screw clockwise. When loading and unloading blades, please use the randomly provided unloading bar to secure the blade holder.
5. Rotate the adjustment handwheel to adjust the width distance between the guide rails. Place a piece of the substrate that needs to be cut at the inlet and outlet of the guide rail, and rotate the handwheel until the two end substrates slide inside the guide rail and are properly tightened.
6. Four groups (three in each group) of combined screws are installed on the guide rail gland to adjust the thickness of the base plate. When adjusting, loosen the three high level screws first, put them in the base plate, and then adjust the two low level screws beside them until they are suitable. Tighten the middle screws after they are suitable. The four groups of operations are the same. Adjust them until the base plate is properly tightened when sliding in the guide rail.
7. Height adjustment of cutting feet: Tighten the fixing screws of the guide rail, adjust the large nut below until the distance between the blade and the guide rail meets the required requirements, and then tighten the fixing screws of the guide rail. When lowering, do not let any friction between the guide rail and the blade to avoid damaging the blade.
The cutting height of the foot trimmer has been adjusted to 1.5mm at the factory, and the thickness of the pressure plate has been adjusted to 1.2mm. If adjustment is needed, please follow the method described above
